About the Base Product
Pirouette Window Shadings are bold and elegant and provide beautiful functionality. Their fabric vanes, which are attached to a sheer backing, seem to float at the window. The vanes move fluidly together during operation, and when they’re open, Pirouette offers up to 81% UV protection, and when they’re closed, up to 99%. The modern look of Pirouette can complement a number of styles, and the line is available in numerous rich textures and colors in semi-opaque or room-darkening opacities, so you can achieve the best light and privacy levels for your needs.
The ClearView Option
Hunter Douglas now offers the ClearView option with Pirouette Shadings. A specialized sheer backing, ClearView gives the best view-through of any sheer when the vanes are open. This provides enhanced view-through to the outside. With a number of fabric and color choices, along with a number of lift system options, this stunning product is perfect for contemporary, traditional, coastal style, and even country home designs. Lift Systems
Hunter Douglas offers a variety of lift systems, from standard manual operations to motorized systems. They all offer pet and child safety, and some offer more. UltraGlide® is a retractable cord system that lets you raise and lower your shades with no ugly, dangling external cords. SoftTouch™ is a battery-powered system that lets you move the product with a soft touch on a wand. PowerView® motorization is a wireless operating system that can be used with a PowerView® Pebble® remote or with your mobile device or tablet, even if you’re not at home.
